Performer/Participation Sign-up

Interest in performing/participating in one (or more) of our Asian Heritage Month VIRTUAL events in May 2021? Please fill out all required information to be selected by our committee. Please fill out all fields accurately to ensure our committee has sufficient information to make selections. Links to your YouTube page or videos to social media pages will assist the selection committee in understanding your performances and increases your chances of being selected.

Please be patient, you will be notified if and when you/your group are selected.

Once selections and schedules are completed, there will be no changes or swapping of time slots. If you cannot make your scheduled time slot, please contact the event coordinator ASAP.

Inappropriate language or behavior towards the selection committee, other Asian Heritage Society of Manitoba volunteers, or other participants will result in a ban from participating in future Asian Heritage Society of Manitoba events.

Preferably YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive, Dropbox link (if video is private, please provide password). Please make sure video is at least 1080p, we will NOT be showing videos that are blurry and not visible.
