Learn the basics of writing stand-up comedy with local comedian Cliff Robles.
Cliff has been involved in comedy for nearly 20 years and has performed at venues such as Rumor’s Comedy Club and the Winnipeg Fringe Festival. He has also been a regular performer at the annual Asian Heritage Month Comedy Show and has worked as a comedy punch-up writer for YesTV’s Maria and the Mennos.
Cliff is passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience with aspiring comedians. This workshop is perfect for anyone who loves comedy and wants to learn the fundamentals of stand-up writing—with the goal of developing material to perform at an open mic night.
